Orders

Currently our lead time is around 14 to 21 working days, from order to dispatch. During our busy periods, Feb - April and Oct - Jan our lead times will increase up to an extra 10 working days. Our January Sale will also take an additional few weeks, due to the volume of orders and that we also take a much needed 2 weeks holiday at the start of January, we start to work through our Sale orders as soon as we get back.

We always endeavour to get your crackers created and posted out as quickly as possible – but please be mindful that everything is made by hand, to order. Very occasionally, as with any business, there might be delays – but we will always inform you of such an instance.

If you need your crackers for an important date, please let us know at checkout and we will try our best to prioritise. 

If we haven’t been in touch at all after 21 days from ordering, please do drop us a message and we’ll be happy to update you. We really do value kindness from our customers, and will always do all that we can to keep you in the loop!


Ongoing Pandemic Impact

Please be mindful that the Covid pandemic is still having an impact on the Royal Mail’s delivery services. Once the order has left us at Cracker HQ, its very much in the postman’s hands – but we do send our parcels via Tracked Delivery.
