Refund policy

Please make sure you order carefully and check that your order is exactly what you wanted at checkout and then again when you receive your order confirmation. If you spot a mistake please inform us within 24 hours, we can then amend any errors.

We make sure at every stage of our process that your Crackers are Quality checked before they leave Happy HQ so that they arrive with you in perfect condition.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if anything does arrive damaged, or faulty or if there is any other problem with your order then please contact us straight away and we'll do our best to resolve this for you!

Returns

As our Crackers are handmade to order/custom-made items for you. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Happy Crackers shall not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies. Please be advised that computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way products appear on the screen. Many of our cottons and linens are hand made materials, woven and dyed, so slight variances can occur. Happy Crackers will not be held responsible for slight variances.

We offer a return policy on faulty items, we will replace or repair these items for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us via our online form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and a replacement will be sent out once your returned item is received and reviewed.

Please note, we cannot refund postage and packaging charges.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged or lost.
