Shipping policy

 

Delivery

We send all parcels via Royal Mail, you will receive an email once your purchase has been dispatched and a tracking number will be attached to your email, which will take you to the Royal Mail Track & Trace when clicked. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the value and weight of your order.

All parcels are well packaged to avoid damage. We are unable to take responsibility on damage incurred once it leaves Happy Crackers HQ, this is the responsibility of Royal Mail and details can be found via the Royal Mail website for any such instance.

We send all parcels Tracked and Signed For and fully Insured to the value of the contents to cover both yourself and Happy Crackers.

Royal Mail advises delivery can be up to 3-5 working days from receiving. During Christmas periods, this may take longer. In the event your parcel is still not with you beyond this timeframe, we advise you contact the Royal Mail first to attempt to locate your parcel. Please note, we cannot re-send orders until they are officially declared lost under Royal Mail guidelines (10 working days).

Lead Times

Please be aware that there is a long lead time from ordering especially during our busiest period September - December. Each Order is made to order. This takes time as our processes from being made to being packed can sometimes take up to 4 weeks with the enormity of orders we receive in this period. We can assure you that you will receive your order in good time before Christmas. Do not panic. Please get in touch of you are going away for the Christmas period and need these a little earlier.

 

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK

Australia and New Zealand

We are happy that we are still able to send to Australia and New Zealand. All orders are sent out via the Royal Mail, International Tracked and Signed For, and fully Insured to the value of the contents to cover both yourself and Happy Crackers. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the value and weight of your order.

EU

Sadly due to the new EU GPSR regulations we are currently unable to ship to European destinations or to Northern Ireland. We are also unable to deliver to the UAE.

United States

Please be aware we have currently had to put a hold on shipping to the US due to the change and charges in duties from UK to the US. We will update this as soon as we can.

From the 29th August all orders to the US will now incur charges. We have calculated with Royal Mail these increases and added applicable duties to our shipping costs. All shipping rates are dependant on location and cost of goods. All International orders are sent out via the Royal Mail, Tracked and Signed For, and fully Insured to the value of the contents to cover both yourself and Happy Crackers.

We are not responsible for any Customs and shipping charges outside of the UK. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and not Happy Crackers. US Customs will contact the customer when your parcel has arrived and been approved and you may be charged import duties. Please check before purchasing as we cannot refund these charges on returned goods when the customer declines the US customs invoice/fees.
